About these terms
These terms are between you and Prime Reach (Dallas, Texas). They cover goprimereach.com and the Prime Reach app.
Who can rent
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Bring your own insurance: renters use their own personal auto insurance for the trip.
- No background check or driving-record check.
Bookings and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and include the daily rate, chosen add-ons and any listed fees, minus coupons.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. A booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds.
- Trip extensions are paid separately when you extend.
Security deposit
A $100 security deposit, 100% refundable, is charged at checkout with the booking. It is refunded when the car is returned and the trip is marked completed. Part or all of it may be kept to cover a late return, fuel, tolls, tickets, cleaning or damage, and we will tell you what was kept and why.
During your trip
- The car comes with a half tank — return it with at least a half tank.
- Late return: a $150 fee applies.
- Tolls, parking tickets and towing during the trip are paid by the renter.
- Follow the rules of the road and the car’s listing (for example no smoking and no off-roading). Only licensed drivers may drive.
- Report any accident or damage straight away from your dashboard.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Refunds reach your account in 3–5 business days. Later cancellations may not be refundable.
Hosts
Hosts must own or be allowed to rent out the cars they list, keep them roadworthy, registered and insured as the law requires, and describe them honestly. Prime Reach takes a platform fee from each booking, as shown in the host dashboard.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Liability
Renters are responsible for the car during the trip and for losses not covered by their own insurance. To the extent the law allows, Prime Reach is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
